Zyngle is operated and owned by Growduct Infotech Private Limited, which operates the App and Site (hereinafter referred to as the “App and Site”). For any data protection inquiries, you may contact us at support@zyngle.app.
Zyngle is currently available only to users residing in India, Thailand, and South Korea. This Privacy Policy applies to all Users located in these countries who interact with the App and Site (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “Users”).
While Zyngle is not subject to specific foreign regulations such as the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or Canada's PIPEDA, we strive to uphold robust data protection principles inspired by internationally recognized standards. These include: lawfulness, fairness, transparency, data minimization, purpose limitation, accuracy, accountability, integrity, and confidentiality.
We acknowledge that enforcing data protection in a digital environment, especially one involving decentralized or cross-platform technologies, presents both challenges and responsibilities. Our approach aims to balance technological innovation with a high standard of privacy protection for our users.
This Privacy Policy outlines how Growduct Infotech Private Limited, as the data controller for purposes set forth herein, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects your personal data, and how you can manage and exercise your privacy rights.
We may also link to or integrate with third-party websites, content, or applications on our App and Site. This Privacy Policy does not govern how third parties define or use your data, and we strongly encourage you to read their respective privacy policies to understand your rights and their practices.
At Zyngle, we believe strongly in fundamental privacy rights, and we act in accordance with the belief that such rights should not depend solely on your geographic location. We treat any information that can directly or indirectly identify an individual as personal data — regardless of where the user resides. Aggregated or anonymized data, which cannot be used to identify an individual, is treated as non-personal data under this policy.
By accessing and using our Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required, we will explicitly ask you. We may provide additional notices that supplement this Policy.
If you do not agree or feel uncomfortable with any part of this Privacy Policy, please stop using our Service immediately.
Zyngle is currently operational only in India, Thailand, and South Korea. Use of the App or Site is restricted in jurisdictions outside of these regions. If you are not located in one of these supported countries, you are not permitted to access or use Zyngle’s services.
To assist with clarity, the following terms are used throughout this Privacy Policy:
Zyngle collects and processes personal data to provide and improve its services. Although we are not legally bound by international privacy regulations outside our supported countries, we strive to uphold strong privacy practices that reflect globally recognized principles of transparency, fairness, and user choice.
We respect your right to privacy and assure you that exercising your privacy-related rights—such as requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data—will not result in any form of discrimination. You will not be denied services, charged different rates, or offered lower quality services for exercising your data rights.
Please note, however, that certain data is essential for delivering the Service. As a result, full functionality cannot be provided anonymously or without your consent to our use of personal data.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all Personal Data we collect or process and we will take all reasonable technical and organizational security measures to ensure that where any Personal Data is provided to us it will be protected against loss, destruction and damage, and against unauthorized or accidental access, processing, erasure, transfer, use, modification, disclosure or other misuse.
We shall not disclose to any person any Personal Data of a data subject that is processed or hosted by us where any such disclosure would not comply in all respects with the provisions of any applicable data protection legislation or regulations relating to the data subject concerned.
If you have any questions or concerns about our use of your Personal Data, then please contact us using the contact details provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.
To the extent we provide you with notice of different or additional privacy policies, those policies will govern such interactions.
At Zyngle, we respect your ability to know, access, correct, transfer, restrict the processing of, and delete your Personal Data. We provide these rights to our users located in India, Thailand, and South Korea only, and if you choose to exercise these privacy rights, you have the right not to be treated in a discriminatory way nor to receive a lesser degree of service from Zyngle.
There may be situations where we cannot grant your request — for example, if you ask us to delete your transaction data and the Company is legally obligated to keep a record of that transaction to comply with law.
We may also decline to grant a request where doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes, such as when you request deletion of an account that is being investigated for security concerns.
Other reasons your privacy request may be denied are if it jeopardizes the privacy of others, is frivolous or vexatious, or would be extremely impractical.
We may also receive information from third-parties, which includes, but is not limited to Company’s sub-contractors in technical, payment services, advertising networks, search information providers, credit reference agencies, or other third parties who may provide information, for the purpose of fulfilling the Service or to comply with legal requirements. We also collect usage data about your interactions with our Service, which may include dates and times you accessed various features and used various functionalities or set various parameters within your User profile. This information also allows us to ensure compliance with our Terms and Conditions, to monitor and prevent service abuse, and to ensure we attain certain usage standards and metrics in relation to our Service. We may employ third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the usage of our Service and Website, primarily aimed at enhancing our Products, Services, and Website. We believe in your right to privacy and strive to build trust by being transparent in how your information is used.
Anonymization is a data processing technique that removes or modifies personal information so that it cannot be associated with a specific individual. Except for this section, none of the other provisions of this Privacy Policy applies to anonymized or aggregated personal data (i.e. information about Users that we combine together so that it no longer identifies or references an individual User).
We may use anonymized or aggregate data for any business purpose, including to better understand User’s needs and behaviors, improve our products and services, conduct business intelligence and marketing, and detect security threats.
We may perform our own analytics on anonymized data or enable analytics provided by third parties.
We use your Personal Data to provide and improve our Services, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. This includes using data for account management, customer service, product development, and personalization of your experience.
We may use your Personal Data for security, fraud prevention, and to ensure the integrity of our Services. Your data may also help us perform analytics to understand usage patterns and trends.
Additionally, we may use your data to enforce our agreements, comply with legal requirements, and protect our legal rights.
We may also occasionally communicate company news, updates, promotions, and information relating to similar products and services provided by the Company. We may also administer a contest, promotion, survey or another App and Site feature. We shall only do this where you have given us your consent or otherwise where we are permitted to do so under applicable law in pursuit of our legitimate interests (that is, promoting our App and Site and Service).
We may share Personal Data with third parties to help us with our marketing and promotional projects, or sending marketing communications.
If you want to opt out of receiving promotional and marketing emails, posts and other forms of communication from us (or our promotional partners), which you might receive in accordance with this section, you can choose one of the following ways:
If you do opt out of receiving promotional and marketing messages, we can still contact you regarding our business relationship with you, such as Account status and activity updates, survey requests in respect of products and Service we have provided to you after you have opted out, reservation confirmations or respond to your inquiries or complaints, and similar communications.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and use Personal Data about you on our Site, including to serve interest-based advertising. Cookies are small text files placed on your computer by websites you visit, widely used to make websites work more efficiently and provide analytics to site owners.
Cookies are typically stored on your device’s hard drive. The information collected helps us evaluate the effectiveness of our Site or App, analyze trends, administer our Service, identify popular sections, and address user experience issues to improve quality.
We also use technologies such as web bugs or clear gifs stored in emails to confirm receipt and response, and to personalize your experience on our Site or App.
We may work with third-party service providers who place cookies and provide us with aggregate reports and analytics about user navigation and behavior. These providers are contractually bound to use the data only to assist us.
If you prefer not to use cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings. However, some features of our Site or Service may not function properly, such as logging into your account.

To ensure privacy and security, user data is encrypted before being transmitted to the platform. In addition, any off-chain storage reference (such as pointers or addresses) is encrypted. When a user requests data deletion, Zyngle will destroy the relevant encryption keys. Even if certain data continues to exist on decentralized or off-chain systems (such as IPFS), it cannot be accessed without the decryption keys.

In the event of a company merger or acquisition, your Personal Data may be transferred and fall under the control of the acquiring entity.
We may, for the purpose of providing the Service pass and retrieve data, including Personal Data, between the different software systems and third parties.
Where we make use of third party service providers to help us provide the Service to you, including for the purposes of retrieving or delivering information, records, notifications or other messages to you or any User’s or for hosting or providing any component of our Services, we require such third parties to maintain the confidentiality of any Personal Data we provide to them for these purposes.
Such third parties may be situated outside of your country and you consent to your Personal Data and that of any data subjects you provide to us being transferred cross-border so that we can provide the Service to you. In this regard, we engage only with reputed third party service providers who have security and privacy policies and procedures providing at least the same level of protection as we do ourselves. You warrant that you have all necessary permissions to give us the above consent.
We may share data, including Personal Data, collected from Users of our App and Site with third-party service providers or consultants who require access to that data to perform their work on our behalf for the purpose of helping us deliver our Service. You may revoke access to your personal data at any time. In line with our data protection practices, all user data is encrypted before being transmitted to the Site or App. The off-chain storage pointers are encrypted as well.
