Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made on the Zyngle App (“App”), owned and operated by Growduct Infotech Private Limited.

1. Cancellations

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their Google Play account settings.
  • Deleting your Zyngle account or uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
  • Auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, 6 months, yearly, or lifetime) must be canceled directly from Google Play before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

2. Refunds

All purchases of digital content and subscriptions on Zyngle are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Partial subscription periods,
  • Unused features or benefits,
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.

Refunds are not processed by Zyngle directly. Any refunds, if applicable, are subject to Google Play’s policies.
